Cannot contain the user name or domain name

Password best practices,

Never use a common word or name, especially one that can be associated to you, like a pet's name or favorite team name.

Words in the dictionary can be discovered in a matter of seconds.

Do not use consecutive number or letter strings such as "12345678", "abcdefgh" or "abcd1234".

Do not use your initials.

Do not use your phone number or zip code.

Do not use a word spelled backwards.

Do not use a date like someones birthday.

Do alternate character types, like "1w8t4hs4"

Do include letters in caps and other symbols like !#$%&[].

Do change your password periodically but not at regular intervals.

Do use more than 8 characters, 8 is only the minimum.
