1) From the 'Tools' menu option, select 'E-Mail Accounts'.

2) Enter the information in the fields as below

3) Click Next

4) Click Next

5) Click

6) Click the Outgoing Server tab, and select the box labeled My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, then choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

7) Click OK.

8) Click Next, Click 'Finish'.
