We occasionally get support calls from people attempting to retrieve their e-mail only to have the download get stuck on message X of Y. The reason this occurs may be due to a corrupted e-mail message that is plugging up your mailbox or it may just be a huge attachment that is timing out the download.
Go to the HostWorks Web Mail console.
Sign in by entering your User Name and your password.
Click Login.
Once logged in click Get Messages. This will display all of the messages in your mailbox.
From the displayed list of messages find the last message you are receiving to your mail client
If there is an attachment with this message that you have not received to your e-mail client and you wish to, click the message to open it, click on the attachment and choose to save the file.
Now it is OK to delete this message.
It is also a good idea to delete any messages that have already been received to your e-mail client.
Now go to your e-mail client and click Send/Receive.
Your messages should now be delivered
